QUOTATION & RESERVATION
Our average cost to ship a car across the country in 2025 is around $1.25/mile for short distances (1–500 miles) or about $375 for 300 miles. Medium distances (500–1,500 miles) cost around $0.70/mile ($700 for 1,000 miles), while long-distance shipping (1,500+ miles) averages $0.40/mile ($800 for 2,000 miles). Prices vary depending on the route, season, vehicle size, and transport type.
Costs depend on distance, transport type (open or enclosed), vehicle size/weight, season, and demand. Routes to or from major cities are usually cheaper than rural locations. Expedited or guaranteed dates add extra cost.
Open transport: Your vehicle is shipped on an open trailer with 6–10 cars. It’s the most common and affordable option.
Enclosed transport: Your vehicle is shipped in a covered trailer, offering protection from weather, dust, and road debris. It’s ideal for luxury, antique, or high-value cars, and costs more.
